What to expect?

Fun! Although we love taking our members through a tough pad smashing, we like to make the sessions fun and enjoyable for everyone. Fitness and weight loss does not have to be boring and learning a new sport and skill can give you that buzz you have been missing.

Our sessions are designed to push you and take you out of your comfort zone in order to see results. You can expect to burn up to and over 700 cals in one class. The class consists of a cardiovascular warm up (running, shadow boxing, fitness drills), followed by pad work, HIIT and Strength & Conditioning to finish.

What to bring?

Boxing Gloves. If you don’t have any we do provide some that you are welcome to use.

Water… you will need it.

A towel, be prepared to sweat!

Who can join?

Anyone and everyone! We welcome all levels from beginners (with no experience of boxing or martial arts) to advanced.


Personal Training 

We offer 1-2-1 training for all members and non-members. Whether your goal is toning up and losing weight or you want to compete at an amateur level or even professionally, we can cater to you. Sessions will be personalised around your specific goals.

Nutritional Plans

Our RESET 30 nutritional plan is designed to help those who want to learn how to eat well, improve digestion,  improve blood sugar level control, lose weight, decrease body fat and feel more energised. The RESET 30 plan will help educate you on what to eat and when and how to make meal times more enjoyable with wholesome healthy meals.
